The PM-R44 is a small U-shaped micro photoelectric sensor designed for precision short-range detection in compact industrial equipment. With a fixed sensing range of 5 mm, it reliably detects small opaque targets as tiny as 0.8 × 1.8 mm. Its amplifier-built-in design ensures fast response, excellent repeatability, and stable operation even under strong ambient light. Engineered for harsh automation environments, the PM-R44 offers high vibration and shock resistance, a rugged PBT enclosure, wide operating temperature tolerance, and a built-in NPN output supporting both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes. The infrared LED emitting element provides stable, high-speed sensing performance ideal for robotic tooling, assembly systems, and miniature mechanisms.
