The DAPPRA ERPF Series is a 400W single output enclosed type AC/DC power supply with active PFC design, featuring a semi-potted aluminum case for rain-splash and dust protection.
Available in 12V, 24V and 48V output configurations with universal 90–264VAC full-range input, efficiency up to 91%, and complete protection functions. The fanless convection-cooled design and semi-potted construction make it ideal for outdoor LED lighting, signage and commercial display applications.

ERPF Series Overview
The DAPPRA ERPF Series is a 400W single output enclosed type AC/DC power supply with active PFC design. It adopts an aluminum case and the interior is semi-potted, protecting the internal electronic components from rain splash and dust.
The series offers three output voltage options: 12V (30A / 360W), 24V (16.7A / 400.8W) and 48V (8.3A / 398.4W). All models support universal AC input 90–264VAC withstanding a 300VAC surge input for 5 seconds, and DC input 127–370VDC. With efficiency up to 91% and complete protection functions (short circuit, overload, over voltage, over temperature), the ERPF-400 is suitable for outdoor LED channel letters, billboards, commercial signs and other rain-splash environments.

Installation
ERPF Series Installation
The ERPF Series uses an enclosed chassis design with semi-potted interior for standalone mounting in indoor or rain-splash protected outdoor locations.

Upright Mounting Only
The ERPF-400 must be installed in an upright position. Leaning forward, backward or laying flat is not allowed. Mount on a flat metal surface using the mounting holes on the chassis base.

Ventilation Clearance
Keep a distance of 10 cm from all four sides (up/down/right/left) and 5 cm from the ventilation hole side to ensure proper heat dissipation.

Rain-Splash Protection
The semi-potted aluminum case protects internal components from rain splash and dust. However, the unit should be mounted in a position where direct water spray or immersion is avoided.

FG Must Be Connected to PE
The FG (Frame Ground) terminal must be connected to PE (Protective Earth) for safety and to ensure proper EMC performance.

Output Voltage Adjustment
All ERPF models include a front-panel DC output voltage adjustment potentiometer and a power-on LED indicator. The rated output voltage can be adjusted within the voltage adjustment range specified for each model (12V: 10.8–13.2V, 24V: 21.6–26.4V, 48V: 43.2–52.8V). Output current and output wattage must not exceed the rated value on its specification.
The FG pin must be connected to PE (Protective Earth). Use copper wire only and ensure all strands enter the terminal connection securely.

ERPF Series Safety & Cautions
Read and follow all safety instructions before installing, wiring, maintaining or modifying the ERPF Series power supply.
- Risk of electrical shock and energy hazard. All failure should be examined by a qualified technician. Do not remove the case of the power supply yourself.
- Connecting both the primary and the secondary sides together is not allowed — risk of electric arcs and electric shock (danger to life).
- Risk of burn hazard. Do not touch the unit in operation and shortly after disconnection.
- Risk of fire and short circuit. The openings should be protected from foreign objects or dripping liquids.
- The FG (Frame Ground) must be connected to PE (Protective Earth).
- Output current and output power must not exceed the rated value on its specification.
- Before commencing any installation, maintenance or modification work, disconnect the system from supply voltage. Make sure that inadvertent connection in circuit will be impossible.
- For continued protection against risk of fire, replace only with the same type and rating of fuse.
- The power supply is considered a component which will be installed into a final equipment. The final equipment must be re-confirmed that it still meets EMC directives.
